Jim, I'm currently operating as a DBA(sole pro) should I operate as an LLC for my first deal or two?
Also be out in full force this weekend, bandit signs in, business cards OK,
newspaper-no hits,Kijiji-1 hit, craigslist-1 hit. not enough equity in them and monthly payments to high.
Thanx, herbster
PS I'm going to mail to latest divorces.
Herbster,
I don't really advise people on business structure, because everyone has different tax circumstances, etc.
I leave that to the pros who know...........tax attorney's, cpa's, etc.
However, I will say in the beginning it makes more sense to me to work on getting deals done, and not to form an entity until you actually have something to put in it.
Stick with DBA for now, and after your deals can pay for it, set up the LLC, corp, or whatever you wish to use.
Take care,
